Terms and Conditions for RVA Hope Center, Inc.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with RVA Hope Center, Inc. By participating in our activities, you agree to these
terms.

2. Mission Statement & Purpose

Our mission is to transform hearts and lives through the love and power of Jesus Christ.

Our purpose:

● To bring glory to God and expand His Kingdom
● To love and serve the most at-risk, marginalized, and vulnerable, so that they can experience abundant life in Christ
● To accelerate the faith of our volunteers
● To activate and unify the body of Christ to transform Greater RVA

3. Volunteer

● Each volunteer, both adults and minors, are required to complete a waiver/release.
● For most activities, orientation and/or training will be provided.
● Depending on the role of the volunteer, a background check might be required.
● Through our ongoing endeavors, we provide volunteer hours for those needing community service. There are some limitations
depending on the charge for court-ordered community service.

4. Code of Conduct

All volunteers and participants are expected to:
● Treat others with respect and dignity.
● Abide by all local, state, and federal laws.
● Refrain from any discriminatory or harassing behavior.

5. Non-Discrimination Statement

characteristic in any of our services or operations. All individuals will be treated fairly and with respect.

6. Drug-Free Policy

Our organization maintains a strict policy against the use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances. We are
committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all participants, and any violations of this policy may result in immediate
disciplinary action.

● Donations: All funds received will be used for the operation of this organization.
● Transparency: We are committed to financial transparency and will provide reports on our activities and financial status as
requested.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, and content created by this organization are the property of RVA Hope Center, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Liability

● Limitation of Liability: RVA Hope Center, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
participation in our programs or activities.
● Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVA Hope Center, Inc. from any claims arising from their
participation.
